Kathryn Taubert

This presentation is based on Kathryn's book published in 2012 on her five life-changing weeks in Ghana with members of the Ewe people in Abutia-Kloe, Ghana. Volunteering for an economic development program in the village, Kathryn's book outlines her fascinating experiences with people who adopted her as a member of their village, treating her like family, with whom she still works to help accomplish their goals. This fascinating journey includes movie clips of Ewe daily life in the village and photographs of the people with whom Kathryn lived and worked. You will never forget the Ewe people as Kathryn came to know and  love them.
